THREATS FROM NO 23'S GUEST TO OWNER/OCCUPIER IN CHURCH HILL HOUSE, CHURCH HILL WEST
I was in bed asleep Sunday night/Monday morning. I heard very loud banging on the front door of the Church Hill House. Afraid that someone was attempting to kick it down, as has happened on several occasions in the past, I hopped out of bed to take a look over my balcony onto the street below.
