Er, how many people have got to sign off on 3 lines of text? I am counting web dev, service dev, marketing comms, customer care, the tea lady in the canteen and the security guard with the big paunch's granny's poodle. I will cut and paste a beautiful example of bureauctratic non-action:

I don't think George will approve because
a) he is moving career with an imminent free transfer under the Bossman ruling to the IBM league
B) He hates my guts because I lambasted him before I knew “who” he was. He deserved it with gravy and I have no regrets ne pas rien.
c) He is incapable of making a decision as he is paralysed by sign off. By the time he makes a decision, the winter will have passed and everything will be over with. I never understood him when he opened his mouth anyway.
D) The prat Liam Murphy should get a job and become a bloke, not a nancy. The big question is, is he The Phantom?
